I would suggest sending out promotional materials about 6 weeks ahead of the holiday. Put this on your calendar. If you don’t get these out, you won’t be busy in the ensuing weeks.

Now, I am setting up a gift basket company here in Shanghai, China. Do you think it is possible to find a experienced gift basket professionals in US that is willing come here to partner with me to co-found the business? I think it will be much easier to partner with a basket veteran than doing all by myself. I used to own a consulting business so I have good knowlege in doing business.
