It seems that too many of us are hesitant to not only collect data but also analyze it, and that’s a shame.

Data uncovers what’s working, what’s not, and how to make what works increase sales quickly and effectively.

My hope this year is that more of us will take advantage of data resources at our disposal. So much of it is free, and there are many college students and mentors who are in a position to help with the collection and analysis.
