Lori, the news about Apex’s new mini cookbooks is wonderful. I can see these books in new house and new apartment gift baskets.
Best of all, there’s room for a cookbook is all baskets, because everyone loves to eat.

I think these mini cookbooks will be very popular for gift baskets. They will also be good as a “stand alone” gift…just put them on the counter for customers to see and read.
